Long hour work culture, Client meeting at midnight as Clients are US based
Performance bonus will be given only for a specific percentage of employees. Remaining will get a zero bonus and treated as bottom of the list. It is a kind of soft firing. If company wants to retain and train employees, it should be given for all similar to it's global locations.

Company has very normal policy, not too good for lady employees. Very strict time lines and need to work all time no special considerations.
Once you complete 3 + years you will get 15% of CTC thats best part , but bad part is you need to be in the top 60% of the eligible candidates.
